Lifestyle Properties is a family business, and every decision leading to its formation was rooted in the importance of family. When deciding what profession in which to launch his second career, Craig decided on real estate. The flexible schedule meant he never missed a sporting event for either of his children, Cody and Megan. From the beginning, real estate has been a business that revolved around family, and Craig operates this business with the belief that customers are just extended family that deserve to be represented by a consultant rather than a salesman.

Once Craig and Mary’s children were off to college, Mary began helping Craig full-time, and together they grew the business to new heights. Mary’s licensing in 2010 was the real start of Lifestyle Properties, even though the name would not come about for a few more years. After college, Cody returned home and joined the family business. Mary is still very much involved in the business though she is rarely in the office these days. Craig spent a great deal of time teaching Cody the ins and outs of real estate and they have joined several different coaching and marketing firms to stay on the cutting edge of real estate marketing. They have sifted through all of this information and distilled what they believe to be the most effective combination of marketing tools both in print and online to provide the greatest exposure possible for the people they represent.

Their slogan, Make Amelia Home, came about during the analysis of the different marketing strategies they would employ and combining that with their favorite part of the business. For Craig and Cody real estate is about more than making a living, its about maximizing life. Real estate affords them the freedom to spend time with family and friends creating wonderful memories. Many former customers are good friends, and the Bennett’s continue to make lasting memories through the business. It also gives them the opportunity to introduce people to the bright and vibrant place which they call home. But how do you boil this down into a few words?
